Aaron Alon is an award-winning, widely-performed young classical composer. He holds a doctorate in music Rice University and also studied musical theatre collaboration with Tony Award-winning producer Stuart Ostrow. In a review of a concept cast highlights recording of his musical BULLY, David Clarke of BroadwayWorld.com said, “I was instantly impressed with Aaron Alon’s ability to write Broadway style pop ballads with such dexterity.” Aaron’s feature film musical BULLY premiered in September, 2017 and went on to win over 20 awards at film festivals around the world.

A new musical on the life of comedian Bert Williams, Broadway’s first major black star. Music, book, and lyrics by Aaron Alon.

MAD (2020, in progress)
A dark comedic musical set in a postapocalyptic world where the only book to survive (and become their holy text) is the so-called Bible of Psychiatry, the DSM. Book and lyrics by Aaron Alon; music and story by Aaron Alon & Russell Sarre.
